Nationally renowned for composite bonding, porcelain veneers and minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry. Practising at McGrath Dental & Implant Clinic, Hoylake.
Since graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2013, I've dedicated my career to aesthetic restorative dentistry. My focus is on composite bonding, composite veneers, porcelain veneers, and Invisalign — treatments that transform smiles with minimal intervention.
I practise at McGrath Dental & Implant Clinic in Hoylake, Wirral — a leading private dental practice equipped with the latest clinical technology. I also teach anterior aesthetic restorative techniques to dentists around the UK.
What sets us apart is our multidisciplinary team under one roof. For complex cases that need input from several areas of dentistry — implants, orthodontics, restorative work, and cosmetics — we plan and deliver the entire journey in-house. No referrals to separate practices, no disjointed treatment plans. Just one experienced team working together to deliver results that would be difficult to achieve elsewhere.
My philosophy is simple: listen to what you want, plan meticulously, and deliver results that look and feel natural — unless you want something bolder, in which case we can do that too.
A minimally invasive treatment using tooth-coloured composite resin to repair chips, close gaps, and reshape teeth — typically completed in a single visit with no drilling required.
Custom-sculpted composite applied directly to your teeth to transform shape, size and colour. No laboratory wait, no temporary veneers — your new smile in one session.
Hand-crafted porcelain laminates bonded to your teeth for a long-lasting transformation. Ultra-thin preparations mean we preserve as much healthy tooth as possible.
Clear, removable aligners that straighten your teeth discreetly. Often combined with composite bonding or whitening for a complete smile makeover.
Professional-grade whitening for a brighter, fresher smile. Take-home kits with custom trays allow you to whiten at your own pace with results lasting up to three years.
A combination of treatments — typically Invisalign, whitening, and bonding or veneers — planned together to completely transform your smile. Our multidisciplinary team means even complex cases involving implants, orthodontics and cosmetics are delivered seamlessly under one roof.
Composite bonding is £400 per tooth. The total cost depends on how many teeth are being treated. I'll give you a clear breakdown at your consultation — there are no hidden fees.
With good oral hygiene and regular dental visits, composite bonding typically lasts 5–7 years. Yearly repolishing helps keep it looking fresh. Eventually the composite will need replacing or resurfacing — think of it as a maintainable investment in your smile.
In most cases, composite bonding requires no injections and no drilling at all. The composite is applied directly to the surface of your teeth. Most patients find it completely comfortable.
Composite is more affordable, quicker, and can be removed if needed — but porcelain is more stain-resistant and longer-lasting (10–15+ years). The right choice depends on your goals, budget, and the condition of your teeth. I'll advise honestly on which suits your situation.
I practise at McGrath Dental & Implant Clinic, 2 The Quadrant, Hoylake, Wirral, CH47 2EE. We're easily accessible from Liverpool, Chester, and across the Wirral. Many patients travel from further afield for cosmetic treatments.
